Set the alarm, blocked off the morning, and walked the salesperson through the job: I wanted a Lennox HRV, gave him the specific model I had in mind, and told him twice the 120V circuit was already run with the breaker in place and Romex pulled within 3 feet of the mount location. I even asked him where he wanted the GFI outlet. He really wanted to sell me an ERV over an HRV, claiming they were the same thing, but had no clear technical reason why an ERV was a better choice for the Colorado clim

I recently used Save Home Heat to install a heat pump and tankless waterheater. The install was not easy due to space constraints. But, the workers did a great job and now we have super efficient, new appliances. In addition, the team found a water leak. Casey from the plumbing team diagnosed the issue, thought about solutions, and then returned to fix it. All staff members were thoughtful, polite, and knowledgeable, especially Casey who had to get super creative to solve the water leak issue.
