This company was good until there was a problem and then they were very unprofessional. In my opinion, the difference between a great company and a not so great company is how they manage issues/problems. Every company is going to have issues or mistakes but do they try to rectify the problem/mistake or do they just make excuses and leave the customer holding the bag.
