So refreshing to do business with someone fair and honest. I would give Al at Saranac ten stars if I could. He installed a double garage door for me and charged me a very reasonable price. His communication was spot on and he did the work quickly and neatly. I can’t recommend this company highly enough!

Al did a fantastic job fixing my broken spring on my garage door. He was on time and communicated with me on the arrival time. Al not only fixed my spring but noticed a cable was bad and replaced that at no additional cost. He spent the extra time to go over basic maintenance. Would highly recommend him to all my friends and family

Had a damaged panel on my door and a replacement panel was not available due to manufacture discontinuance. Two other companies stated a complete new door was my only option. Al came over and was able to fix my door and tighten the chain on the opener. My door works perfectly. I can live with a small dent to avoid a replacement right now with these brutal winter utility bills. Al's quote for a total replacement was also lower than the other two vendors. I would recommend Saranac for sure.
