UPDATE A YEAR LATER: Our beautiful majestic palm tree is now dying -- a palm pro told us the Santa Rita destroyed the root system during their landscaping BS ($10K to remove when needed!). They initially dumped a ton of granite last year, up and over the trunk ball -- that their own supervisor had said was wrong -- so they "dug it out" but had damaged the base and root system during this fiasco. We have now lost 100% of the plants THEY CHOOSE to put in -- totally the opposite of what we had act
