Family owned and run. Warm, friendly, knowledgeable. My AMSEC safe purchased from them 25 years ago has been flawless. But the keypad finally crapped out. Don and Blaine were quick to the solution, appt scheduled for home service, on time, and in 30 or so minutes the lock mechanism was changed out with an upgraded keypad! I could not be happier! Skilled technician, excellent service. I'd go no where else if you need a safe or need service! Thank you guys!
