I thought that Josh and his group were the answer to my security challenges. My home is now 15 years old and has CCTV, Serious Sound, and a Honeywell Alarm all that need minor work. I called SanTan as this is where I live and he was very aggressive in an attempt to walk me through programing my Alarm System while he was driving. As I was struggling, he indicated that he was available in about a week to make a house call which is what I really wanted. I called him several times trying to set up

I called reference getting services on my home system and he advised he'd call me the beginning of the next week when he had his calendar available and he also had me text him the info about my system which I did do. After receiving no return call the following week, I called him again and left a message and got ghosted. It is now the following week and still no return call. Terrible customer service. And although he didn't like my review so posted a lie in attempt to refute it, he never explain
