I like this service. The only complaint is for weeks they come at 1pm and then bam they come at 10 in the morning. A set schedule would be appreciated

They expect elderly people to get up in the middle of the night to put out the trash. The night before won't work as animals or the wind tip it over. They have missed picking it up more than once and another time sent 2 ladies in a pickup who left us a cracked can. They also repeatedly ignore phone calls.

We have had San Pedro Valley Sanitation for approximately 5 years or so. No real issues up until now. Put my trash out, they went right by. Called, was told the problem was the small roll of carpet I pulled from the hallway. It gets tangled up in the pads. Ok. I took it out and they were to pick it up today. I had several bags from garden soil I threw in the trash. They grabbed the two trash bags from the kitchen and left everything else. Called and asked why they didn't empty the trash can. "W
