I think they deserve a 5 star rating for a great tile cleaning job and their professionalism. A special shout out to Jessica who always picked up the phone and had the answers. I do want everyone to understand that it is a messy process that will require running your filter longer than normal As well as adding a lot of pool water and a rebalancing of the water. Worth it in the end tho!

The Curtis and Mason team showed up on time. They were both professional and courteous from the outset. Curtis explained the process and asked a couple questions about the age of pool tile as well as where sewer cleanout could be. Since there would be very little drainage involved the alley was the best and easiest choice. They were done in record time and cleanup was perfect.
