If you hire a company to do a job and pay them out of your own pocket, they aren't supposed to tell your business to others. You did a job, was paid your price and given a generous tip then you go out of your way to contact the management company to tell them there was a pet smell in a unit not knowing if the management company already knew there was a puppy or not.
