Their weekly service has been pretty good usually, but some techs aren't as thorough it seems Jordan, their customer service rep, always comes across as lazy and lethargic. Every time I have called it seems I am annoying her or waking her up from a nap. Not the personality type that should be on the phone! Very steep pricing for basic part replacements

Salten Pools does great work! They are knowledgeable, respectful, and will help you understand your pool better by the time they leave. Armando was very friendly and thorough. Best part of this interaction was Liam called me. He kept me informed and didn’t leave me hanging all day, long not knowing when he was going to arrive. Even when he was going to be later than he actually said he He texted me again to let me know. Then when he got here, he pretty much diagnosed the problem right away… It was an easy fix for him… And a relief for me. I really hope his bosses realize that they really have a knowledgeable, personable and professional young man working for them. Tha
