Best part of this interaction was Liam called me. He kept me informed and didn’t leave me hanging all day, long not knowing when he was going to arrive. Even when he was going to be later than he actually said he He texted me again to let me know. Then when he got here, he pretty much diagnosed the problem right away… It was an easy fix for him… And a relief for me.
