We were supposed to have a 9am appointment with Salt Run. It's 9:20 and nobody showed up. I finally reached someone on the phone and they became irate that I called to see where they were as he apparently had hip surgery yesterday. This would have been nice to know ahead of time as I changed my schedule around to be here, however, based on his extremely poor and unprofessional demeanor, even with surgery (and I truly wish him a speedy recovery), I cannot recommend this company.
