I just rented an old hair salon. I am converting it to a retail shop and the smell coming out of some of the drains was just absolutely unbearable and I had tried everything. A couple of them were even clogged plus there was some weird plumbing going on and I couldn’t get one of the leaks fixed he came and got it fixed for me set it up so that I could get a soda machine and he also snaked my drains and the smell is gone.

Luke was professional, polite and quickly gave me a quote. He explained how the process was different between cleaning your main drain and cleaning individual drains since I had no idea! As soon as I agreed he got started and finished in no time! He even went above and beyond after he was done by offering to move three heavy boxes with new toilets from my porch to my garage! I rarely write reviews but in this case Salt Lake Plumbing exceeding expectations by a mile. They were attentive and quick to respond every detail in our unique plumbing issue. Luke, our technician, was phenomenal. Clean cut, professional, and hard working. With most of the plumbing companies in Utah being owned by financial institutions, you could see the difference in service, quality, and transparency with Salt Lake Plumbing as a family owned, truly local business.

Our drainage (sewer) system gurgled loudly and sometimes backed up, especially if we ran the dishwasher and washing machine at the same time. We got an estimate from Upfront Plumbing. There was no charge for the estimate, but the estimate was $2,800. Salt Lake charged $385 just for the estimate, which we thought was excessive. However, their estimate was several hundred dollars lower than Upfront's estimate and they did deduct 1/2 of the $385 from the charge for a full cleanout. I'm not sur
