The electrician was very friendly, COVID appropriate, and exactly on time. He assessed the job, gave us a firm price, and after we agreed he proceeded. He was very clean and tidy. The work was done properly. His price was very reasonable. Will definitely use Saffer Electric/plumbing again!

After the warranty expired, buried in the floor, we found some grossly negligent work that was out of warranty (pipes not connected type of work)... they admitted this was negligent but insisted on charging us $500 to repair work that was originally $1000 after
