Worst customer service I have ever received! I have issues and have called and put on eternal hold. I have dropped tickets and never received any response whatsoever! If I could give them a negative star rating I would!

I mean this company’s reasonable their response time is good, but I’ve been waiting for a part for over a month to secure my system at my business, which is kind of a joke. Also, I needed some motion sensor moved. They cannot do it. I had to do it myself. I don’t know. I just expect people to do better than I looked at the alarm panel. This is not something I would put my name on. I’ll leave a picture.
