I would have given 5 stars, but I was disappointed that Safelite canceled my appointment the day before because they didn’t have a technician that could complete the offsite calibration my vehicle required. I scheduled the appointment on Monday evening and didn’t receive a call about the issue until Wednesday morning, even though the appointment was set for Thursday at my home. Since I live an hour away from the shop, having to come in was a major inconvenience. We decided to drop off my vehicle
