After calling several exterminators in a Hail Mary to help us deal with a mouse in the house and getting responses that we’d have to schedule days out with pre-approved inspections, Mike from Safeguard answered and treated us so kindly and headed our way. Our mouse escapade decided to happen on a Friday, close to 5. So all the more amazing that Mike came to help us. He was a sea of calm in response to our exhaustion & frayed nerv
