Jordi came out and inspected the fireplace, cleaned it out and told me exactly what he was doing. He was very respectful and made sure to answer any questions I had. My electric fireplace looks brand new, now. :)
Santiago was awesome. Inspected and deep cleaned, also replaced the chimney cap. Wood stove looks great. Left zero mess on the hearth. Feel confident to safely use our stove now.
