Safe Chimney provided an estimate for a PRC treatment of our chimney. The technicians applied the product to ONLY the top 4 feet of the chimney, leaving the remaining 16 feet untreated, and then tried to pass off the job as 'done' with a couple of cell phone photos. We bought a house with a decommissioned chimney. The previous owners knocked the chimney off below the roof line and put a piece of plywood on top.
