We tried to cancel my mom's account. I got hung up on twice. Then the lady refused to cancel our account without speaking to my mom who is death and blind. They hung up on me a third time because I told them there was no way for them to call my mom and validate this. I have full legal access and rights to my mom's account and I am her trustee. Horrible horrible horrible customer service. We are going to have to put stop payment on their account. Big time warning about this company! We are actual
