We bought a house that had had a new roof put on by SA Roofing just a couple of months before. After buying the house, we had the gutters cleaned, and the gutter people said there was a ton of debris in the gutters. And a kickout or lockout flashing that wasn't installed came up in the inspection. I contacted SA Roofing and they came out and fixed the flashing. The gutters may have had debris in them, but SA Roofing wasn't able or willing to flush that out. We did appreciate them standing behind
