I happened to find Ryan by chance at my apartment building, there for another client. For years, my neighbors and I have been looking for someone to clean our enclosed lanai windows. Unfortunately, the building doesn't provide it. Anyway, I reached out to him and he said since he's in the building he said he could do it after his other client. Hurray!
