After several cleanings of our condo where windows were left open, guests complained about this cleaning service and finally where it took 2 months to retrieve our comforter, 2 comforter covers, several bath towels and sheets, we can honestly say that this is the worst cleaning service we have ever encountered. She also charged us an extra $30 when a guest left 2 cups and 2 small plates in our sink. We also know of others who have had similar experiences.

We hired Ruth’s house cleaning for a move in cleaning and they were great! Arrived on time (even a little early), and with a crew of 4 were finished pretty quickly. Even alerted me to a possible mouse issue!
