Came right out same day and measured windows. Once they got the glass came right out and installed. So happy with my decision to call them. Great prices and friendly people.

I called Rust's River Glass to see if we could order windows for our remodel. The person who picked up the phone was condescending, rude, and unwilling to help. When I was finally able to extract out the lead times from the person on the phone, they were quoting us longer times than anywhere else that I called that day. When there are so many other choices out there, I would suggest selecting someone who treats you with respect, unlike this company's representative.

We were broken into while away for the summer. Rust River had installed replacement windows in my house years ago and did a great job so I went back to get the broken window replaced. I ordered the window. After a week or so of them saying it was in I went back to ask them when it would be put in. Now at this time with 100+ degree temperatures I had only a piece of make shift plywood on the window. The man looked at me like I was crazy he was busy doing car mirrors and other non emergency thing
