Two pipes broke in my laundry room. Once they were repaired I reached out to Rumsey to do the mitigation on the walls, floors and ceiling. Christian Gallardo was the lead in restoration and he explained what needed to be done. The demo crew were excellent. They sealed off the area before beginning work which kept that area isolated. Christian brought in lots of dehumidifiers to dry out the room and avoid mold growth. He just finished removing the equipment today after using it for a week. What

Christian Gallardo spent a couple of days at my home assessing and mitigating a leak that damaged a portion of the ceiling. I could not be happier with Christian. His thorough assessment of the extent of the damage left no concern that something had been missed. He was polite and personable, careful and neat, and a pleasure to have in our home. Would recommend.
