Initially left 5 star review. Jake is a nice guy and initial install of door looked good. After a couple of months the trim around the door started warping. Jake said he would take care of it but now will not answer calls or text. See pics. $2000 to install a door (I had already paid $6000 for the doors) should have the trim installed properly.

Jake is very friendly and easy to work with. He communicates well with you which makes the process nice and smooth. Not to mention his work and attention to detail is fabulous!
