Find someone else. After multiple calls, emails and text, finally had a committed date only to have the builder not show up nor did he call. If you run a business, common sense would tell you to communicate no matter the reason for not showing up. Things happen, but a dependable contractor would call. If a contractor cannot call or show up when scheduled, imagine if you use this builder would might happen! Very disappointing.
