This used to be a great Locksmith until the Business was Sold by orgional Owner. Called for service for our business. Jordan who works in the office did not communicate to Tech that we needed access to Storage Room as our key was no longer working in door lock. Roy Tech came out and said he could not get into the Storage Room with the key and Left without Changing the Lock/Cylinder nor Rekeying because Jordan Never communicated correctly on the work order. Now we are without access. Incompetents

They are the most honest kind thorough Absolute greatest locksmith that there is in Kissimmee and there is no comparison to the gentleman on Donnegan.
