Ordered an item that arrived damaged. Customer service was quick to rectify the problem swiftly and to my satisfaction. All in all a good experience.

The purchasing of a new liner at first was little over whelming for me but I can honestly say it was a great experience for me. That being said Royal Swimming Pools walked me through how to properly measure for the new liner and im confident that all will be good when I drop it in my pool. The only reason I couldn't give a 5 star is because im still doing the last little bit of touch up before the line is installed.
