Royal Roofing & Siding Brooklyn did a project for the parapet and coping work. We had ongoing issues with metal flashings and rain water getting behind the walls. They were properly insured, which was important for us, and pricing was middle of the pack. Eric checked in during the job which was helpful. The crew worked through a tight schedule and kept things moving. Since completion, we haven’t seen the same issues during rain. highly recommend.

Property manager in crown heights area of Brooklyn here I used the company for a flat roof repair & maintenance on a multifamily building. The problem was ponding water that was starting to leak into top units. They came in with a fair quote and didn’t try to oversell.
