Royal was AMAZING!!! We were in a tough situation where our movers backed out last minute and we called Royal frantically and they were so calm and put everything together beautifully. The guys were SO nice and respectful to work with too. We truly are so thankful for Royal!!!! Couldn’t have done our move without them.

The team and truck came ready to work !!!!! The handled 100 + boxes. 3 HD Steel case office items, one student desk. 4 large totes, 7 IKEA cube storage units, (1) XL twin Purple bed frame & y, (1) Queen Purple adjustable bed frame, mattress & 4 post IKEA frame, (1) Lg screen TV + console. (2) full sized Washer/Dryer pieces, and other furniture items. . Everything that needed padding and shrink wrapping was done with care. They worked fast and efficient. They were very courteous at all times.

This company is horrible and a rip off actually thieves, I have the bank statement from TWO VyStar accounts, that are now being investigated for fraud, to prove it. First, they were to arrive at 10 AM to 10: 30 and of course they were late,they arrived at 10:40. Second, everything was already packed up and moved into the living room. They took their sweet time trying to stretch out the time to charge me for a full four hours when it only should’ve taken two hours.Third, the rate was $155 an hour
