Roy Schwartz has been caring for my trees for many years. He loves trees and it is apparent in the attention he gives them. Plus he is an artist in trimming. He has saved my ancient jacaranda and several other of my 12 trees on my small property. He is conscientious, quick to respond and very knowledgeable. Pretty shocked by all the 5 star reviews. Armstrong recommended Roy to me for help with a few trees and some other plant questions. He arrived 20 minutes late with no explanation, no apology, and was pretty blasé about it. Then we chatted for 40 mins. I found better information online to be frank. He may be knowledgeable to someone, but he seemed spacy and lost during our entire conversation. Then he quoted me $1000 to lop a handful of branches and do some minor tree shaping on another visit. I
