Update 02/21/26: Still hasn’t returned to fix the issues with the sand. Update 11/26/25: After all of this, back in July, Pancho decided that he was going to send out one of his guys to redo the sand in my patio. After it was done, I was asked to remove my original review. I told him I would gladly EDIT my review, but given the multitude of problems that I have had with their work, I explained I wanted to wait a little bit to ensure the problem was indeed fixed once and for all. RoundTree designed and installed a 9 zone irrigation system for us. They listened closely to our needs for watering several ornamental beds and lawn areas with varying sun light and irrigation requirements. The experience was positive for us overall. They reliably arrive on time and with all the equipment and supplies to get the job done. After construction was completed they reviewed the installation with us and explained how to use the controller/timer. I highly recommend them!
