Customer Satisfaction Manager

Fred from Roto-rooter fixed my tankless hot water heater. He was able to figure out the problem when a previous technician from another company said that I had to replace the unit for $6,000. Fred was persistant and found that a fuse needed to be replaced. I highly reccommend roto rooter!

My biggest complaint is that it is difficult to contact them if you are not "techi" and have an Iphone. The 800 number takes several transfers before you actually get someone to come take care of the problem. There also seems to be more people who came out to the job and required someone to be here to give them access. This job had EIGHT different people involved!!! I also specifically gave the phone number of the tenant who would be home to set up access, but they didn't even have it in the
