Matthew from roto-rooter did an amazing job help my family and I have hot water running again! When plan A did not work he offered another solution which help get a few more months out of a water heater burner so we can save up for a new water heater! He could have just gave us the cold shoulder, but he didn’t! He cared and understood our situation! And with that he has a loyal customer! That a service every company should stand by!!!!!
