Technician was well prepared with all the proper tools. He assessed the sewer blockage, knew immediately where to insert the snake. The blockage was cleared in no time. I'm very glad that he was able to solve our problem.

Although there was not Sunday coverage when I called, the follow-up was very efficient and we did get something arranged for 8:00 a.m. Monday morning the communication system was very good with person to person follow up which was greatly appreciated. Would have preferred Sunday night service but understand staffing is always an issue. The communication was good enough that I have decided to try and switch from a plumber that I have been using for 30 years. Called this morning to have two toilet
