Lied about the problem and asked for 10k to replace. Had another plumber come and for 3 hours rodded the bullcrap through for 450$ 100$ less then what they charged to "check it out". Dont buy it. I am so confused about these 5 star reviews. The positive is they will come out anytime. I should've known something was off when I could not get a quote or price range over the phone. I usually have my main drain cleaned out every 1 to 2 years. Normal maintenance. I pay about $200-250. Not bad. This time I called Roto Rooter because I could not get in with my usual company.
