Had them come out for my hot water heater making a noise. They recommended flushing it, but still made the same noise after flushing. Recommended flushing again, which il do on my own since I think the cost of flushing seemed a bit high to me but they were here so I had it done. Also, the van they drove left oill stains on my driveway. I contacted them via their website and they had someone out there cleaning it before they were even able to actually reach me to let me know. I had an issue with my second bathroom toilet not flushing properly. I called Roto-Rooter and they had a technician come out within 2-3 hours. He checked all of the necessary areas regarding the issue. It has been working fine ever since. I am really grateful for the company’s ability to catch issues before they get too expensive.
