Travis and James did a great job responding on a Sunday and clearing our basement drain which had backed up.

The guys did a great job and were done quickly and were very nice and helpful. The service was delayed quite a bit (Our window was noon-2pm and they arrived at 3:45ish) but it worked out OK. Not the cheapest by far, but very convenient to get something done quickly when you have an urgent matter.

Jacob and Michael came to diagnose and fix a leak in my kitchen sink. They were able to quickly identify and fix the issue. I would absolutely reach out to them again

Buyer beware. I just want to say that all of the techs and plumers that came to my house were awesome. But the reason for the one star of if i could no stars. Is the managers of the columbus location. I had one of the managers call me a liar in front of the General manager. And when i ask about why my bill was the same after they did not do all of what they could do. I was told well we if you would like i can bill you for something else we did. Eddie at West Plumbing is fantastic. He FaceTimed with us, diagnosed the issue remotely, and helped us fix it ourselves — no charge! Honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. That kind of service is rare. We’ll definitely call him for any future plumbing needs and recommend him to everyone we know!
