My shower drain was blocked and I was able to get serviced the same day. Owen and his partner did a great job diagnosing the problem and explaining what and why they were doing. No charge to diagnose , but prices are high. $499 to snake roots out of a shower pipe for about 75-90 minutes of time. Owen was very customer service oriented. An asst to the company.
