I scheduled an appointment with someone else they gave me 2 to 5 window at 430 they text the tech was running behind. Around 630 I called to get an eta they text back at 730 he won’t be able to make it. I called roto rooter at 8 they said they could come out around 1am at that point I asked what time in the morning. I give 5 stars to Roto Rooter because they never disappoint. Have used them several times, yesterday for one, and Sean took care of a small plumbing problem for me. He was very efficient and in no time, the drain was working well. Roto Rooter is a bit pricey but you can be sure their work will be up to par with no problems which is comforting to a home owner.

Always do your due diligence before you agree with a contractor's charge. I did not do it and paid $500 for literally 10 minutes of work (clearing the clogged drain) at the same time when other reliable competitors charge a flat rate $85-$89 for the same work. My fault. Roto-Rooter is extremely overpriced company. This is a total rip-off. I will never use them again

Eddie was fantastic with his above and beyond service. He has been both responsive and a huge help with us making our very first home owners insurance claim. Roto-Rooter needs to promote him. Roto-Rooter gave me an awesome experience. From my initial call, to them sending out a field manager, to them providing a plumber to thoroughly evaluate my issue, it was top notch. Bobby fixed my issue very quickly and provided good insight into what I should do going forward. Very solid from start to finish, I can’t thank them enough just knowing what it takes to keep your house in good standing as a home owner!

Roto-Rooter is honestly one of the best plumbing services I’ve dealt with. They were quick to respond, very clear with everything, and didn’t try to confuse me with technical terms. The technician who came to my house—Frank, I believe—was extremely professional and knew exactly what he was doing. He explained the issue in a way I could understand and got everything fixed fast and properly. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for reliable and respectful service!

I had an emergency on Sunday and they were super prompt on getting the problem mitigated, cleaned up and repaired. I was super impressed. I didn't have to do anything.
