Absolutely terrible experience with Roto-Rooter in Colorado Springs. I was given a 4–6 PM service window for a major plumbing issue, then spent the rest of the evening getting delayed through impersonal automated text messages with almost no real communication. At 7 PM, I called to check in because I still hadn’t seen or heard from anyone. I was told they would be here “soon,” so I continued waiting with no water, assuming help was finally on the way.
