Unfortunately we did not have a great experience with Ross Construction. We were so excited based on our initial meetings with John, but it did not go the way any of us were hoping. Communication was not a problem, but following through on promises made continued to be time after time again. There were major gaps in coordination amongst contractors. I was given the impression that John was very close with his contractors and that upholding schedules was important, but that continued to not b
