Writing this as a board member for our condo complex that used Rose Paving for concrete work across the community. Couldn't be more frustrating. They did not complete all the work outlined in the contract, broke irrigation lines and damaged a staircase. Weeks/ months later the work is still not fully completed and threats of liens have begun. They created a new invoice and unilaterally decided what the fix would be but never spoke to us about it. WE WANT THE WORK DONE and done right. First
