I had another company do an annual inspection of my AC, they found some issues that would have run about $1500 to repair (coil cleaning and non working surge protector). Keith came over the next day discovered that the surge protector was ok, cleaned the coil for $200 not $495 and discovered the fan motor was going out, which the other company missed.
