Great service. Had them come out to look at an issue with the main line not draining. Turned out to be a much bigger issue with old cast iron pipes falling apart. They were transparent throughout on what needed to be done and the cost to do it. Turned into a big job and they came out on Saturday and Sunday to make sure they could get it all done as soon as possible for us. Polite, considerate of our belongings that had to get moved out of the way and cleaned everything up on the when the job was

I called Root B Gone to obtain an estimate to clear a clogged storm drain. I was quoted a price and requested a service appointment. I was pleasantly surprised a same day appointment was available. The technicians, Robert & Hector arrived promptly at the appointment time. They were both polite, professional and informative.
