I called up Russ one day, had him give me a very reasonable quote next day, his crew started working and completed the job in less than a week from my initial call. Communication was great, crew was friendly and the job was completed in a VERY timely manner. Accidents happen, and my job site was no exception; the chalk line was dropped onto the pavers on my patio, but once Russ was made aware of it, he had someone come by and clean it right up.
