Everything has been great from start to finish. When I started collecting quotes I made sure to reach out to Brad (we were co-workers previously). He was very thorough during the appointment and knowledgeable about the process and the crew. He helped me discuss options that could cut costs and the pros and cons of those options. Communications have been prompt and clear. The office place set up a group text with the project coordinator and the superintendent. Brad also checked in frequently.
