Frank is a complete fraud. He shows different contractor licenses, but none of them are his. There are a ton of business complaints to the licensing board lodged against him. He “fixed” my roof and the problem consisted. He insisted it was a new problem (when it was not). He charged me a second time to fix the same, exact problem, and refused to send me an invoice. He didn’t finish the job, was extremely rude and unprofessional, finally offered to fix the problem, then never heard from him again

So happy with the results. Frank made the whole process very easy and pleasant. I would definitely recommend him for roof replacement or repairs.
