Beware of a 150 dollar service fee that is not communicated up front. Most plumbing companies I have used typically charge 50. Tech was nice but there’s no scenario where running my faucet for 20 seconds and telling me the issue is next door is worth 150.

Was lucky, they were able to get to me within an hour of me calling. They cleaned out the bathtub line and were able to replace the nasty drain that had corroded. Bathtub looks pristine. 5 stars for Jose at Ron’s Plumbing!!

Ron's Irving Plumbing has served us for more than a decade. We're pleased with their knowledge and service. Most recently we called to fix several sink stoppers. Within about an hour Jose arrived, analyzed the problems, searched for the right stoppers, and they all work fine. Several years ago Wayne helped us with an electric issue, and we were pleased.

Wayne was quick and did a great job! He fixed the valve/pipe and then went the extra mile and connected my new washer! Grateful.

I would leave a negative star if I could. They sent a tech out to look at a sink issue. Tech said someone would call to schedule service. Two weeks go by. No callback. Called them again. Said someone would call this morning and be out today. They called and said a technician called out and they once again would have to reschedule. DO NOT call this plumber! Unreliable, unresponsive, and poor customer service!
